Good to know

Reservations and payment of services:

• Lessons and courses booked directly at Arabba Ski & Snowboard School have to be fully paid upon reservation.
• For organizational purposes, lessons and courses booked via e-mail should be confirmed by phone or personally on the day before their beginning. The payment for the booked services has to be done in any case before their beginning.

Cancellations, interruptions and refunds of the booked lessons or courses:

• Cancellation of services booked via e-mail should be done at least 24 hours prior to their beginning. Failure to notice gives the right to charge the entire price of the service booked for the first day.
• The price paid for courses and lessons may be refunded only in case of illness or injury upon the presentation of a medical certificate issued by a local medical institution. The interruption of the booked courses and/or lessons for any other reason does not give the right for refund.
• Lessons and courses are held under any weather condition. If the weather prevents the mountain lifts from opening and / or the instructor finds the weather conditions unacceptable for teaching, you will be informed directly by Arabba Ski & Snowboard School and the cost of the booked but not attended lessons will be refunded.

Booking coupon:

• Attendance of the courses or lessons is possible only upon presentation of the corresponding booking coupon to your instructor.

Duration of services:

• 1 hour of private lessons equals to 55 minutes.

Return of minors:

• Parents must be present at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the end of the lesson or the course for the return of under-age pupils.
• In case of the parents’ delay the instructor will accompany the minors to the school office.

Skiers and snowboarders under 14 years old must wear a helmet.
